Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed when both parties have signed a service agreement and the required booking deposit has been received. The agreement outlines the scope of services, coverage hours, deliverables, and any specific arrangements agreed upon during the consultation.

All details discussed during the consultation, including timeline, locations, and specific shot requests, should be confirmed in writing at least fourteen days before the scheduled event date.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is applied toward the total package price. The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen days before the event date.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or as otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the service agreement and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If the client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable as it reserves the date and covers administrative costs. If cancellation occurs within thirty days of the event, any payments made beyond the deposit may be forfeited at the studio’s discretion to cover incurred expenses.

In the unlikely event that the studio must cancel due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, all payments received will be refunded in full. The studio’s liability in such circumstances is limited to a full refund of amounts paid.

If the client wishes to reschedule, the deposit may be transferred to a new date subject to studio availability, provided notice is given at least sixty days before the original date. Rescheduling within sixty days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit and any payments made.

Rescheduling is subject to a new service agreement reflecting the updated date and any changes in pricing or availability.

A curated preview gallery is typically delivered within seven to fourteen days of the event. The complete gallery and any film deliverables are delivered within eight to twelve weeks, depending on the scope of the project and the season.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak wedding season and for destination events. Any changes to the estimated timeline will be communicated promptly.

The photographer retains full copyright of all images and films produced. The client receives a personal usage license for printing, sharing with family and friends, and displaying on personal social media channels, provided the work is credited to Mandeep Singh Films where reasonably possible.

The studio reserves the right to use any images or films from the event for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and competition purposes unless a written agreement to the contrary has been signed by both parties.

Images and films may not be sold, submitted to publications, used for commercial purposes, or altered without the studio’s prior written consent. Editing or applying filters to images by the client is not permitted.

Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and releases for the venue, location, and any third-party vendors involved. The client should provide a realistic timeline for the event and designate a point of contact on the day.

The studio cannot guarantee the capture of specific moments if they occur outside the agreed coverage hours or if the client’s timeline is not followed. Reasonable effort will be made to accommodate special requests, but the studio’s creative direction and professional judgment remain at the photographer’s discretion.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or other circumstances preventing the assigned photographer from attending, the studio will make every effort to secure a qualified replacement. If a replacement cannot be arranged, liability is limited to a full refund of amounts paid for the services not rendered.

The studio is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the performance or non-performance of services, including but not limited to emotional distress or loss of expectation.
